I am not a very big fan of this weather! I had a terrible headache most of the morning. I went to my AMAZING chiropractor before lunch and got an adjustment and felt so much better! I went to TKD class tonight and it was a really good class. My friend really helped pushed me in a couple of the drills, great workout!! I went and grabbed Genghis to go on my way home from class. I had a really good talk with a guy at the bar when I was waiting for my food. It was what I call a God wink, it was so cool!! My bowl was so yummy.
I am off to sleep early. I want to get in an early morning workout tomorrow.
